Tarasaigh House will be ready for you from 4pm on the date of arrival.
The property must be vacated by 10am on the date of departure.
You will be required to pay a deposit when booking, with the remainder to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. This remainder will include a security deposit.
You will receive an email to remind you of the pending payment.
If the booking is made less than 8 weeks prior to arrival, you will be charged 100% when booking.
Your deposit will be forfeited or, if you cancel less than 8 weeks before booking commences, you will be liable for the full cost of rental. If we are able to re-let the property for the same dates, a 5% booking fee will be kept, as well as any difference in price between your original and the replacement booking price.
No, we have a strictly no smoking and no vaping policy.
A maximum of 2 well-behaved dogs are welcome for an additional charge. It must be noted on the booking form.
You will receive the phone number of our housekeeping company per email prior to your arrival.
They will help you deal with whichever emergency you may encounter.
A welcome set with a list of contacts, restaurants and other useful information will be at your disposal on arrival.
